We are committed to providing a transparent and efficient shipping experience.
1. Order Processing Times

Direct Accessories: Orders for in-stock accessories are processed within 1-2 business days

Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.
2. Shipping Estimates & Methods
We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States.

Standard Accessories: Shipped via USPS or FedEx Ground. Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days.

Optima WorkSpaces Shipping: * FedEx Ground: Typically arrive 5-10 business days after processing.

We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all e-bikes delivered within the contiguous 48 United States.

Accessories: Shipping costs for accessories are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Note: If you order a bike and accessories together, they may ship in separate boxes and arrive at different times.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items
We take great care in vetting our shipping partners, but transit issues can happen.

Inspection: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the box shows significant damage, take photos before opening.

Reporting: Report any transit damage or missing items to wllm.winn@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with a claim.
6. International Shipping
At this time we only ships to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations directly. Customers may use third-party freight forwarders at their own risk and expense.
